I created The Art Gardner as a means to chronicle my transition from corporate marketing and sales to nonprofit marketing and development. My passion is for the arts. With The Art Gardner I invite you to come with me on my journey. Watch as my career aspirations grow and hopefully I will reap what I sow!

Ashlee Gardner has over 12 years experience in marketing/advertising and new business development in various advertising and marketing organizations both nationally and internationally. She has held a variety of roles in marketing account management and sales and has worked with companies from growth to Fortune 500 as well as nonprofit. Former clients include Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kimberly Clark, Rexel, Turner, Equifax, Checkfree/Fiserv, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Georgia, and Boys and Girls Clubs of America. She currently volunteers for the High Museum of Art  and the Center for Puppetry Arts both in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a BA in English from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina and an MA in Art History from the University of Essex in Colchester, England. She holds a certificate in Grant Writing from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and is currently enrolled in the Certificate in Web Design Program also at Emory. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and 2.5 cats.
